Free strategy session
Book your free HubSpot strategy session
30 minutes. No pitch. You leave with a roadmap whether or not we work together.
Pick a time
Times are shown in your local timezone. Slots are held for US Eastern mornings and UK afternoons, with early PKT slots for US West Coast.
What to expect on the call
- — 01
Identify your goals
We discuss your primary challenges and what success actually looks like in numbers, not adjectives.
- — 02
Analyse your current setup
Bring your questions about HubSpot, your website, or your funnel. We'll tell you what we'd look at first.
- — 03
Outline a clear path
You get a high-level sequence: what to fix now, what can wait, and roughly what each stage takes.
- — 04
Get your questions answered
No question is too basic or too technical. This is a strategy session, not a sales pitch.
Have this ready
- Which hubs and subscription tier you're on
- Roughly how many contacts and deals live in the portal
- The one problem costing you the most right now
- Who else needs to be in the room to make a decision
Who you'll talk to
Aamir Raza
Certified HubSpot Solutions Architect
You speak to the architect who would run the engagement — not an account executive. 50+ HubSpot implementations, 92% client retention, 5.0 average rating across 30+ engagements.
Aamir was fantastic to work with. He helped us clean, organise and structure our data in HubSpot, making it far more usable for our team.
Tremendous depth of knowledge when it comes to HubSpot workflows and automations. Highly recommended.
He understood our marketing reporting needs and set up a tailored system, then audited our HubSpot integration. Incredibly valuable.

Common questions
Is this really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. We use the call to understand your setup and give you specific, usable advice. If a paid engagement makes sense we'll say so; if it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
How long is the call?
30 minutes by default. If your setup is complex we'll suggest a longer follow-up rather than rushing the first conversation.
What if my timezone doesn't match yours?
We're remote-first and most of our clients are in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Morning US Eastern and afternoon UK slots are standard, and we hold early-morning slots for US West Coast.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing formal. It helps if you know roughly which HubSpot hubs and tier you're on, how many contacts are in the portal, and which one problem is costing you the most right now.
Will you need access to my portal?
Not for the strategy session. Portal access only comes later, for a paid audit or an engagement, and always through a properly scoped user with the permissions you approve.
