HubSpot training built on your portal, not a demo account

Generic HubSpot training teaches people a product. What your team needs is training on your pipeline, your properties and your rules — the version where the screenshots match what they see on Monday morning.

Format
Live sessions on your portal, recorded for future hires
Audiences
Sales reps, managers, marketing, service, admins
Leave-behind
Written playbook, recordings and quick-reference guides
Measurement
Adoption dashboard so managers can coach on evidence

In short

What makes HubSpot training actually stick?

Training works when it is role-specific, delivered on the organisation's own portal, and followed by measurement. Capra Digitals runs live sessions for reps, managers, marketers and admins using real records and real workflows, then leaves recordings, a written playbook and adoption metrics so managers can see who is actually using the system.

Signals

Adoption problems training can fix

  • Reps update deals once a week

Pipeline gets touched the night before forecast and nowhere near real time.

  • Everyone builds their own view

Twelve personal saved filters, no shared definition of what 'my pipeline' means.

  • New hires learn by folklore

Onboarding into the CRM is whatever the person sitting nearest explains.

  • Marketing is scared of the tool

Campaigns get built outside HubSpot because the workflow builder feels risky.

How it runs

How training is delivered

  1. 01

    Baseline

We look at current usage data and interview a few users. Training aimed at the wrong gap is just a meeting.

  2. 02

    Tailor

Sessions built around your pipeline, properties and rules, using real (anonymised where needed) records.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Live, hands-on sessions per role, capped small enough that people can ask questions. Everything is recorded.

  4. 04

    Measure and reinforce

An adoption dashboard plus a follow-up clinic three to four weeks later, once real questions have surfaced.

Questions

Straight answers

The questions we get asked on almost every call about this work.

Is training delivered remotely or on site?

Remote by default, which keeps sessions short and lets us record them. On-site sessions are possible for larger rollouts.

How long are the sessions?

Typically 60 to 90 minutes per role, split across a couple of weeks rather than a single exhausting day.

Do we get materials for future hires?

Yes. Recordings, a written playbook and quick-reference guides, all based on your portal, so new starters are not learning from a generic HubSpot video.

Can you train our admin to take over from you?

That is the point of the admin handover track. Plenty of clients use it to end their dependency on external help entirely.

How do you measure whether training worked?

Adoption metrics: logged activity per rep, deal update recency, stage hygiene and report usage — reviewed before training and again a month after.

Next step

Train the team on the portal they actually use

Tell us which roles are struggling and we will propose a session plan, with the adoption metrics we would measure against.
