Operator tools, built in anger.
Two working tools built from problems we hit on client portals every month: naming chaos, and marketing email that quietly stops arriving. No sign-up, no email gate, nothing stored on our servers.

About these tools
Are these tools really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email gate and no usage limit. Both run in your browser; the spam checker additionally performs public DNS lookups for the domain you enter.
Does my data get stored?
No. The workflow generator keeps your history in your own browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. The spam checker analyses content in the browser and only sends the domain name — never your email content — to a public DNS resolver.
Do I need a HubSpot account to use them?
No. Neither tool connects to HubSpot or asks for credentials. The naming generator produces names you paste into HubSpot yourself, and the spam checker works with email content from any platform.
What tools are coming next?
A property naming generator using the same engine, and a lead scoring model builder that turns closed-won history into weighted criteria. Both are on the roadmap for this year.
Next step
The tools find the problem. We fix it.
If the spam checker flagged your authentication or the naming generator revealed how far your portal has drifted, that is usually a two-week engagement, not a rebuild.
