In one answer
How does a Capra Digitals engagement actually run?
Six steps across roughly eight weeks. Weeks 1–3 are discovery and a deep audit of your stack, data and processes. Weeks 2–3 produce a written blueprint you sign off before anything is built. Weeks 3–6 are the build, migration and integration work, tested in a sandbox first with a data reconciliation report. Weeks 6–7 are role-based training and documentation handover. Weeks 7–8 are go-live with a rollback plan, followed by 30 days of hypercare with a 24-hour response SLA. After that, optimisation continues monthly or quarterly if you want it. Total client time commitment is around 10–15 hours across the project.

Ongoing RevOps, optimisation, training and strategic advisory. Flexible hours, typically 10–20 per month.
Fractional RevOps
A dedicated operations leader for 10–40 hours a week. For growing companies that need strategy and execution together.

Doing it in-house versus doing it with us
| Aspect | DIY / in-house | Capra Digitals |
|---|---|---|
| Time to value | 3–6 months of trial and error | 4–8 weeks on a proven timeline |
| Custom API integration | Limited or outsourced | Built in-house as part of scope |
| Data migration risk | Manual exports, unverified | Dry run plus reconciliation report |

| Pricing | Open-ended internal cost | Fixed scope and price after discovery |
What makes it work
Six commitments that hold on every project
Fixed-price clarity
Scope and price are agreed after discovery and before build. No hourly surprises at the end of the month.
Single point of contact
The same solutions architect runs discovery, design and delivery. Nothing is lost in an internal handover.
Sandbox-first
Every structural change is tested in a sandbox portal before it touches production, with a rollback path.
Documentation included
System documentation, training materials and SOPs are deliverables, not an upsell.
Post-launch guarantee
We do not disappear at go-live. Thirty days of hypercare comes with every implementation.
Change control that is fair
Scope changes are quoted as clearly defined phases, so you always choose before you spend.
Questions
About working together
How much client involvement is required?
Discovery takes three to five hours of your time over two weeks. Strategy needs two or three review meetings. The build phase is mostly hands-off apart from testing access. Training is three to four hours per role. We are deliberately efficient with your team's time.
What if we need to change scope mid-project?
We work in agile sprints with change control. New requirements are scoped as additional phases or change orders with clear pricing, so nothing gets absorbed silently or billed as a surprise.
Do you offer rush implementation?
Yes. For urgent migrations — a contract expiring, a system being switched off — we can compress to three or four weeks with dedicated resources. A rush fee applies because it means reserving capacity.
What happens after the project ends?
Thirty days of hypercare is included. After that you can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing optimisation and advisory, or simply stop. Many clients stay for two years or more, but nothing is locked in.
How do you guarantee no data is lost during migration?
Every migration runs as a dry run into a sandbox first. Production loads happen in reconciled batches, and a reconciliation report matching source and destination record counts and key field values is signed off before the old system is retired.
Can you work with our internal ops team rather than replacing them?
That is the preferred setup. We design and build alongside your team, document everything, and hand over admin ownership so your people can run and extend the system without depending on us.
